Using the JAI CV-M70 on a Monitor

Is it possible to connect the Question/fr/fournisseurs/JAI">JAI CV-M70 to a monitor instead of a Frame Grabber?

Indeed this is possible. However you have to use a Résponse/fr/glossaire/1181-NTSC">NTSC monitor, as the CV-M70 is only available in an RS170 version. Furthermore it is not possible in such a setup, to use the progressive scan feature of the CV-M70.

Usage of a Multisync monitor as commonly used with computer systems will not help to get the CV-M70 running on a monitor in progressive scan, because today's Multisync monitors' Sync-​Range does not reach low (!) enough for the CV-M70.
