Repairs

 

In order to process your request as soon as possible, please follow the steps below:

  • Download the repair form under "Resources".
  • Please fill out this form directly on the PC and read the conditions. Please refer the complete article name as indicated on the invoice. Please describe the fault as precisely as possible and attach a picture if available.
  • Please send the product at your expense with the duly completed and signed repair form to:

  • After receiving the product and the documentation, we will send you a job number (RMA) by email. This number is very important, always quote this RMA if you have any queries.

Important note:

  • Products can only be returned under reserve with prior consent and with attached and duly completed and signed return form.
  • Please send the product in the appropriate packaging for best protection.
  • We are not liable for damaged items due to improper packaging.

Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed, there is a warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery. After repair, the remaining warranty is extended for 1 month. For instance, if an item has a remaining warranty of 8 months, its warranty runs out after 9 months from the date of delivery of the repaired product.
For items out of warranty please see the corresponding paragraph.

The warranty only applies for delivered products. The transportation costs are at the sender's expense.

The warranty does not include the exchange of products or the repair of damages caused by normal wear and tear or negligence, breach of the duty of supervision, improper maintenance or storage and improper handling and use. The warranty does not apply if an intervention by non-authorized persons after sale is identified.

In any case the seller is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences, either in person or in goods due to failure of the product sold by him. Therefore no compensation can be claimed, even in case of loss of use.

Items under warranty

Your product corresponds to the conditions above and has been registered as such by our service .

  • If all necessary details are complete the product will be tested and the fault will be identified. We will send you the inspection report and inform you about the estimated period of repair. As soon as the product is returned by the manufacturer, we will send it to you free of charge.
  • Please note that if no fault is found a charge of 290 € (excl. VAT) will be made - after consultation with you - to cover our testing and handling expenses.
  • There can be no exchange within the warranty period without prior agreement.

After repair, the warranty is extended for 1 month.

Items out of warranty

For items that are out of warranty, an estimate will be issued prior to repair.This estimate is issued after the first testing of the defective item. If the defect turns out to be more serious after completion of the testing, e.g. the camera sensor needs to be replaced, we will adjust the estimate accordingly and send you an updated version.

  • In this case, no repair work will be undertaken without an order. Your product will be returned to you after repair.
  • If the estimate is refused, there will be a charge of 290 € (excl. VAT) to cover our testing and handling expenses.
  • If the repair of your product is not possible, there will be a charge of 290 € (excl. VAT) to cover our expenses.

After repair, there is a warranty of 1 month from the date of delivery indicated on the shipping order.
