How do I know what version of the board level software for my framegrabber the VIN driver needs?

It is most recommendable that you use the board level library that came on the same CD as the vin driver you are using (exceptions to this rule are of course the updated and bugfixed drivers you may find in the download section of the Common Vision Blox homepage; as a rule of thumb those should work with the board level libraries provided on the latest CVB CD).

| Additionally, the CVB Release Notes for your framegrabber are always a good source of information about the vin-drivers you are using, and their requirements. They can be found in your Start Menu under "Common Vision Blox\Documentation\Hardware" if you have installed Common Vision Blox. Alternatively they are located in the directory "Documentation\Release Notes\HTML". |
